What is the 13-credit policy?

The 13-credit policy requires undergraduate, degree-seeking students at the Twin Cities campus of the University of Minnesota to register for a minimum of 13 credits each semester. This policy applies to all degree-seeking undergraduate students beginning fall 2005.
