I want to drop/cancel all of my courses.
Dropping all of your courses is a serious step to take, because it will interrupt your progress toward your degree. You may want to consider talking to your college adviser, who can discuss options with you.
Are you considering stopping out for a term or more than one term? Contact your CLA student community. They will help you prepare for a leave of absence, which will make it easier to come back when you are ready.
It is weeks 1-2 of the term. It is weeks 3-8 of the term. It is after week 8 but before Study Day.
Note: Dropping all of your courses may affect your student status. Are you:
- A varsity athlete?
- An international student?
- Enrolled in the Four-Year Graduation Plan?
- Receiving a scholarship or financial aid?
If you answered yes to any of the above questions, it is your responsibility to determine how dropping all of your courses will affect your eligibility or status. Please discuss this decision with your academic adviser, a financial aid adviser, or your athletic counselor if you are an athlete.
