Thank you for volunteering to help with CLA commencement. Your support allows CLA graduates to celebrate their accomplishments.

Please plan to arrive at Northrop Memorial Auditorium by two hours prior to the start of the ceremony you are volunteering at. When you arrive, you will need to go to the backstage area and check in. Training will be provided upon your arrival. The entrance to the backstage area is located on the west side of the building on the ground level. If you are unfamiliar with Northrop, signs will be posted to direct you to the check-in area.
Parking
If you have a key card parking contract you may park in the Nolte Center parking garage. The entrance to the Nolte Center parking ramp is located off Church Street/17th Avenue. Click here to view a map.
Contact Meaghan Thul by Friday, December 5, if you do not have a key card parking contract and need parking accommodations.
The dress code for volunteers is business casual; comfortable shoes are encouraged. Most volunteers will be wearing maroon robes, so the only visible articles of clothing will be your pants and shoes.
